Wall James Chappell are delighted to announce, Vic Younis, our Associate Solicitor in Dispute Resolution has achieved his Higher Rights of Audience in Civil Proceedings. As a result of his qualification he is now able to represent clients in the higher civil Courts in England and Wales

The Higher Rights of Audience is Professional qualification designed to equip solicitors for work in the Higher Courts, the skills and experience candidates obtain through this process helps solicitors’ conduct more effective advocacy in all courts. The programme also enhances candidate’s knowledge of evidence in order to develop wider litigation expertise.
