On September 19, 2014, Dudley Kingswinford Rugby Football Club (DKRFC) will welcome England Rugby Head Coach Stuart Lancaster. Mr Lancaster will host an evening of rugby, appearing together with other special guest Pat Murphy of BBC Radio 5 Live. Stuart Lancaster will speak of England rugby as the squad leads up to their Autumn internationals and the next Rugby World Cup which will be held in England in 2015.

DKRFC are very fortunate to have such a prestigious guest. Mr Lancaster is a personal friend of Carl Douglas, DK’s new Director of Rugby. It is hoped that Mr Lancaster will spend the afternoon at the Club prior to the dinner and work with the junior sections as well as meet both members of the Club and sponsors as part of the build up to DKRFC’s new season.

DKRFC is looking forward to kicking off the season with this high profile event. Mr Lancaster will be a very motivational speaker as DKRFC looks to a fresh start after a rough season last year.

Tickets to the September 19 event, which starts at 7:30 pm and will include a three course meal, will soon be available at the Club for £60 each or tables of ten at £550. Gold, silver and bronze tables will also be available whereby diners will be joined by either Mr Lancaster or one of the other special guests.

Wall James Chappell, as main Club sponsor, will be sponsoring the event along with Marstons and Midlands Building Products.
