Coronavirus Update
Posted on March 17th 2020The emerging Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic is placing new and increasing challenges on work practices for all businesses as they seek to safeguard the health and welfare of staff and, at the same time, provide services to clients.
Wall James Chappell remains open for business and we would like to update you on what we are doing to minimise any potential disruption to the provision of our services due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
In light of the Government`s advice and guidance, we are taking the following measures to continue our services to you by:
1) Following the Government guidelines to reduce the risk of infection and spread of the virus
2) Identifying vulnerable employees and checking staff travel plans
3) Using telephone/ video conferencing/Skype to remove the need for face-to-face meetings at our offices
4) Taking instructions and providing advice by telephone, email and/or video rather than face to face, where possible.
By following these guidelines and taking all necessary precautions we aim to minimise any disruption to our service to our clients.
Wall James Chappell will continue to monitor the Coronavirus situation on an ongoing basis and provide updates as required. Our prime focus is to ensure that we balance the health of our staff with maintaining our usual client service.
